Happy 5th Birthday, Hailey!
That’s my news of the day – because Ethan
and Ehlana have Aiden and Naomi staying with them tonight while Hailey is
having a birthday sleepover with her girlfriends. Ethan was at Aiden’s for Hailey’s birthday
dinner, so Ehlana had dinner at Naomi’s; but they came here after that; and
have taken over my lounge for the night.
I am not having my favorite cuddle buddy
over for a sleepover too. Michael is
still working at the Inn as I write this; and I’ve been working since getting
home – including multi-tasking the work while having an easy-dinner with Mom
and Dad in the office. My homework,
family business work, and language studies are done now; so I’m heading off to
sleep early instead of hanging out with the twins and their friends while they
play video games and watch a movie. They’re
going to stay in the lounge overnight too; but the noise won’t keep me from
sleeping.
Let’s not comment on the fact that my
brother and sister have more of a life than I do – at least now and then, but
that’s also a choice I’ve made tonight; and it isn’t as though they don’t have
responsibilities too that are way-beyond what is normal for kids their age with
their work at the lab and archives.
I’m rambling, and really do want to just
wrap this up and get a really good night of rest for a change; so, until next
