Ehlana and Ethan:
We’re getting tired fast; so let’s make this a short update. Our day began with Tai Chi by the river and a hot breakfast; we had a good day at school; and then we biked the trails with our friends after school and until dinnertime with Mom and Dad. The play time with our friends and some cousins was the entertainment highlight of our day. We enjoyed the dinner break with Mom and Dad; took care of the clean-up; and then we headed to the lab or archives for a handful of time-phased work-play hours with our books or beakers. I was responsible for staying there until after eleven o’clock; we only did a quick visit with Mom and Dad; and then it was bath or Jacuzzi time after all of the outdoor play time and indoor studying and work.
That brings us up to now, and while we’re clean and comfortable; we’re also tired and not really interested in spending time writing about our world leaders and their never-ending idiocies. There haven’t actually been any notable changes for any of the top stories in the Middle East and Ukraine – only more posturing and politics that do nothing more than harden positions on all sides. The damage continues to add up even without some of the bombing; and those same leaders mostly seem to be oblivious – or are happy with the results. Yes, there are bad people out there that hope for more war and look forward to every manufactured crisis for their own gains of power or money; and they do not care how many people are left killed or destroyed along the way.
That is already more than we wanted to write tonight and we’re past-ready to nap now; so that’s all for tonight.
