Happy 23rd Birthday, Karla Benton!
We’re mentioning her special day because Cassie, Michael, and most or all of their high school friends went to a barbeque dinner party for Karla; and they are enjoying being home to do things like that again.
Our day did not include that kind of fun, but we did have a good day at school; the play time at the lab or archives after school kept us happy through to dinner time; and then we enjoyed that meal with Mom and Dad – and then took care of the clean-up.
Naomi and Aiden came over after dinner; Mom did a Magi lesson with all of us; and then we had two music practices. The first was for the band; the second was with our school musical instruments; and we had a blast with both while adding some entertainment for Mom and Dad – though they listened from the office while multi-tasking their work. We walked Naomi and Aiden to their homes while taking Silkie for a bedtime walk; and now we’re winding down toward nap time with our usual bedtime twin chat and computing.
That’s all of our news for today, and we don’t really want to get into any commentary on anything because we’re too-happy and don’t want to mess with that – so we won’t and are out of here! ;^)
