Ethan and Ehlana:
We’ve had an awesome day!
A warm morning allowed for Tai Chi by the river in shorts and tees; and having Naomi and Aiden with us for that was great too. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, and fruit and bakery treats sides; and then we had a good morning at church and Sunday school. Dad had a lot of work to get done today, so we ended up taking a picnic lunch along for a biking adventure with Naomi and Aiden. We decided to bike out to Quarry Lake on the new trail; we had our lunch out there and played there for a while, but there wasn’t much to do; since most of the campground is shut down for the year.
After getting home, we did a band practice that was again with some Christmas songs; and then Naomi and Aiden headed for their homes.
It’s been quiet around here since then. Mom did an easy-dinner with us tonight; we took care of the clean-up while Dad got back to work; and then we took care of bath or Jacuzzi time first ahead of a Magi lesson with Mom and a bit of family business work. After a couple of long, busy days, Mom sent us up to bed comparatively-early; and now we’re writing this while doing the usual bedtime twin chat.
That’s also all we have for tonight. The coming final week of October is sure to be fun and very busy, so while we go and get some sleep to be ready for those adventures; stay tuned – or flip the digital pages in whenever your ‘now’ is to read all about those still-to-happen stories we will write about in the coming days.
