Happy 9th Birthday, Leah!
Happy 21st Birthday, Diana Connor!
We delivered our gifts for Leah this morning before school; and then left it up to her friends to help out with celebrating her birthday for the rest of the day. We’re mentioning Diana’s special day because Cassie let us know tonight that her friend got engaged for her birthday; so that will be a big story by tomorrow for the Connor and Robinson families. Kris apparently did a good job with that birthday surprise; though a major party wasn’t an option due to upcoming final exams.
As for our day, the fun with Leah was preceded by Tai Chi by the river and a standard school day breakfast. The rain moved into town after we got to school, so we had a bit of a dull academic day; and then the rain had us choosing to play at the lab or archives after school and through to having a late dinner that Mom kept for us because we got busy with our work and didn’t make it home on-time to have that meal with Mom and Dad. We still did some work and a Magi lesson in the office; and now we’re winding down toward nap time.
That’s pretty much all we have for tonight, so we’ll wrap this up; and move on to other bedtime computing because we’re not quite finished with our bedtime twin chat. Oh, wait – we need to mention that baseball practices are beginning this week, but the Monday practices were rained out; so we haven’t really thought about that at all. We will include baseball news as we get it; so stay tuned for that along with the rest of the adventures we’re looking forward to this week!
