Happy 1st Birthday, Donald Reynolds!
We delivered a family gift to Jessica on the way to school this morning, but compared to her weekend away with Patrick; that little token of affection didn’t likely rank very high. Cassie and Michael helped her out with her weekend entertainment on Friday night and Saturday; so they got to celebrate with her – and with Patrick, Rowen, and Tim before doing the quick trip here to meet Stuart. Jessica didn’t end up getting home last night in time for a visit with Stuart; so she met him for the first time this morning – also before school. Jessica is likely missing Patrick on her special day, but we’re also sure that her friends and family will do their best to have a happy day.
For our news of the day, it was nice-enough out today, but only warmed into the high-fifties; so we decided to play at the lab or archives after school and save up our play days for Tuesday and Wednesday – the best weather days for the near-future forecast. We had fun at school, with the lab adventures, and the late dinner and office work with Mom and Dad; don’t have anything newsworthy to report from any of that; and now we’re pretty much ready to just call it a night and get some sleep.
