Happy 41st Birthday, Patricia Emerson!
Our day has been awesome! There isn’t any news from our academic adventures, but it warmed up into the high fifties for the last day of the month; so our after-school adventures included biking and park play time with our friends and cousins. Most of that gang came home with us because we hosted a Pizzeria pizza dinner for the kids and tweens while our parents went to the Inn for Patricia’s birthday dinner party. We won’t get into the pizza and drinking games that entertained too-many of the guys tonight; we took care of the post-dinner clean-up; and then we had time for a couple of hours of video gaming and hang out time with our friends and cousins through until they headed for their own homes after the birthday party was finished.
We’ve had more cleaning to do since then; followed that up with bath or Jacuzzi time; and now we’re tired and ready to get some sleep. None of that news likely sounds very exciting to future Magi readers, but we’ve loved our wrap-up to January, and while it has already started to cool back into winter weather now; we’re hopeful for a happy start to February too. It really is time to sleep now, though; so we’re out of here and, hopefully, off to dreamland soon!
