Ethan and Ehlana:
This is going to be a micro-update as we switch from afternoon play mode to baseball practices and the weekly pizzeria pizza picnic dinner. We spent the morning at the lab or archives today, and while we won’t be getting into daily visits yet; we do want to start spending more time there now that we’re finished with the cousins’ visits – except for on the next holiday weekend. It felt great to actually get our hands on the lab gear or my books; and then we came home in time to pack a picnic lunch; meet up with Naomi and Aiden; and hit the trails with our bikes. It is another hot day, so we’ve had three swim breaks since then; and we’re planning on a camping night after the baseball – though we haven’t set up the tent yet.
The rest of our news for today can wait for tomorrow, and we really do need to get going soon; so, until next time...
