Ethan and Ehlana:
We’ve had a happy day; and didn’t even get much rain – just an afternoon sprinkle that wasn’t a problem for us at all. Our morning began with Tai Chi by the river; we had a quiet breakfast because Cassie and Michael were at a Stone family breakfast; and then we had a good morning at church and Sunday school too. Part of our Sunday school fun was through helping the teens to get ready for their holiday weekend service with costumes and props; and then we came home for an easy-lunch of mini-subs and cold salad sides. The decent weather allowed us to choose a visit to Quarry Lake that was partly to check out the new sports fields, but we also played on the rock wall and zip line; went for a bike ride on the trails; and had a short, chilly swim in the lake before coming home again.
Cassie and Michael have been babysitting Sierra since shortly after we got home, but they also came along for the late buffet at the Inn with us – and everyone else that joined us for that meal; and we’ve had a quiet work-study evening since getting home while May went along with Cassie and Michael for the rest of their babysitting at Sierra’s house. Thanks to a time phase, Dad got all of his work done; we’ve just finished up with bath or Jacuzzi time; and this update is coming to you live from my room because May is now back again and using Ehlana’s Jacuzzi.
