Ehlana and Ethan:
Mom has likely had more fun so far today with her trip to the city; and we won’t comment on whether that trend will continue tonight while she’s hanging out with Dad – including having dinner with the Malloys that doesn’t include any kids this time either.
Our day started with another chilly Tai Chi workout by the river and a hot breakfast; school was fun but uneventful except for a math test; and we just finished a ‘band’ practice that was all about trying out different Christmas songs. We haven’t made any final picks yet, but will likely do that by the end of the week; since we do want to be ready in time for school and church Christmas events. This update is early because Naomi wants us to put our computers away for the night; so we’re getting this out of the way between the practice and helping out with making dinner. That will be dinner-for-six; and we’ve already been advised that Ehlana and Naomi owe Brianna big time for putting up with Zack and Eli tonight so that they don’t have to do it instead.
We’re all good with that plan; since movies and cuddle time are on the schedule for our evening entertainment – and Naomi’s parents are big fans of the plan too!
Yes, that can be weird, but we’re still kids; so that won’t really be strange until we’re teens. That might prove to be more-true for the parents, but we won’t know that for a few years; so check back then – or read further ahead in our journals; depending on when in our future you’re reading them.

World news hasn’t really changed much this week anyway; so we’ll just continue to have fun and leave the worldwide worries to the adults – though some might suggest that’s a bit optimistic; since there don’t seem to be any adults among our current or near-future leaders! ;^)
