Ehlana, Ethan, Naomi, and Aiden:
We’re about to get to the movie and cuddle
time of our sleepover at Naomi’s house; so we’ll keep this short.
The weather has stayed cool, but this was
also one of the better afternoons for the week; so after our online lessons and
assignments; we had lunch and then went for a bike ride on the trails for an
hour before heading over to the lab and archives for the rest of the
afternoon. The fresh air was good, but
we got chilled too; so we were glad to be indoors again – and for most of the
rest of the day. The lab or archives
play time kept us entertained for a few hours; we stopped in for overnight bags
at two houses on the way to Naomi’s home; and her Mom picked up Pizzeria pizza
on the way home from the salon.
We should mention that the salon is basically
closed except for online sales, but they’re also taking the opportunity to do
some work there that they haven’t been able to shut down for in years; so Vicky
and Liz are keeping busy.
The pizza was great; we went for a walk
with everyone in the house after cleaning up; and then we played a game in the
dining room. It will just be the four of
us for the movie in the family room, but that’s because Naomi’s parents are
going to keep Zack and Eli entertained in the living room – and out of our hair
as much as possible. We’ll let you know
whether that actually works with our next report, but that’s all we have for
tonight; and at least two of us really want to get started on that cuddle time.
Extra cuddle time with our best friends is
one of the things that we can love about having nothing else to do while stuck
in our homes for so much of every day! ;^)
