on to the crash-and-nap part of my day.

Ehlana:
I’m ready to get some sleep too; so should
have talked this over with Ethan before he beat me to our daily report – as usual.
Let’s start with the wrap-up from last
night. We were in our beds by the time
Mom and Dad came over to our room to say goodnight – with Naomi and Ethan in
one; and Aiden and I in the other. Mom
and Dad had more fun with that than we did; took pictures and had vid-chats
with the Seagers and Aiden’s Mom; and Aiden and I were left together – but with
pillows stuffed under the blankets and between us – while Ethan and Naomi were
left alone. That was a Dad joke, and
intentionally-silly; since they have more to worry about from Naomi – and nothing
to worry about at all for at least a few more years! ;^)
Moving along, we had a bedtime chat after
the parents went back to Dad’s room; eventually fell asleep; and then we
skipped Tai Chi in the morning while taking turns using the washroom to get
ready for the day. We had breakfast at
the usual diner; saw Dad off to work; and then did the supply shopping at
Wal-Mart before picking up fast food for Aunt Leanne and heading home. We had lunch with Aunt Leanne, Zack, Brianna,
Caleb, and Faith; played with our friends this afternoon; and then had a quiet
dinner and evening at home with Mom that included studying, a Magi lesson, and
work.
Our trip to the city it behind us, but we
had fun; and there will be more fun ahead for the second-half of our week
off. That’s why I’m going to need the
sleep to be ready for that fun. That’s
