Happy 15th Birthday, Naomi!
Happy 1st Birthday, Amelia Wingborough!
We’re only home long-enough to change and grab overnight bags; so this is going to be a micro update.
Tai Chi was indoors this morning; Ethan and I hurried to get ready for the day and head over to Naomi’s to join in on her birthday breakfast before school; and Ethan did a good job with birthday gifts for his girlfriend. We had fun with that meal and time with Naomi’s family; Aiden was with us for that too; and three of us took care of the clean-up; and then we headed for school. The top news of the day for us is that Naomi took a break from school to get her learner’s permit; and she is very happy to join the club of drivers with the rest of her classmates. She drove her father and brother home from school; so we walked home in the cold and now we’re pretty much ready to head over to her house for the party – and exam study session.
We’ve had a good day so far with a special lunch for Naomi and most of our friends. That’s pretty much all for now, so we’re going to get back to the birthday fun; and we’ll have the rest of the story for you with our next update.
