Ethan and Ehlana:
Our top news of the day is that Sophia and Aaron are now officially part of our little group of Magi with Naomi and Aiden! Mom hosted the special meeting about that after dinner – and after we had our four friends over for a band practice to get ready for our Halloween ‘gigs’ and then for dinner too. Mom had some parental support too – at least one parent for each kid, and while that was fun for all of us; it wasn’t anything seriously dramatic beyond getting to do our first group Magi lesson together with those parental observers. They were all impressed, since Mom chose a little example of something that we could do together that our friends can’t do on their own, but that was still for fun; and nothing as extreme as some of our favorite adults have gotten to do in the past! ;^)
That’s also pretty much all of our news for today. Tai Chi was by the river and chilly first thing this morning; we had a hot breakfast; and an uneventful school day. Our friends and their parents have gone home and we’re winding down toward bedtime because Mom didn’t want us doing anything more tonight. We also don’t really have anything to report from Cassie and Michael for today because we’ve all been busy and haven’t gotten any details from their day; so we’ll offer more with our next report. We’re ready to sleep now, and we are happy; so hopefully you are too as you read this in our future while we take all of this happy with us into dreamland and some quality down time!
