Ehlana and Ethan:
Final exams are done – for our favorite
collegians!
We’ve had a good day so far that included
Tai Chi by the river this morning; a quiet breakfast-for-seven; and our usual
online lessons and studies with Naomi and Aiden. It was warm-enough for a picnic lunch to go
along with our biking and park adventures; and now we’re making the transition
from that to our plans for the rest of the day.
That’s going to include a special
celebration dinner and dessert; an evening canoe ride; and then movies and
cuddle time in the living room and lounge.
Naomi and Aiden will be here soon and they’re staying the night; so this
report is early because we don’t plan on using our computers later. A camping adventure was considered, but the
risk of rain or thunderstorms tonight had us switching that non-plan to the
sleepover – and also why we’re going with movies instead of a campfire. We’re being drafted to help with making
dinner, though, and need to move on to do that while Naomi and Aiden are with
their families and getting overnight bags packed; so that’s all we have for
today; and we’ll have the rest of the story for you with our next update.
